Senior Adviser, Governance (VPSG5, ongoing, full-time)
VPS Grade 5: $109,730 – 132,764 plus superannuation.
This position has responsibility for ensuring the Commission demonstrates leading practice in the areas of governance and compliance and is responsible for coordinating the Commission’s process of monitoring, evaluating on impacts and reporting on performance.
The role provides the secretariat function for the Commission’s Board and committees, manages a suite of integrity and compliance related frameworks, policies, procedures, and registers and supports staff across the Commission to ensure good governance and integrity is maintained.
The role also contributes to the ongoing management of the Commission’s risk management framework and supports the internal audit function.

Manager, Finance (VPSG6, fixed-term, full-time)
VPS Grade 6: $134,593 – $180,115 plus superannuation.
The Manager, Finance is a member of the Corporate Services function with the position reporting directly to the Head of Corporate Services. The position assists the Head of Corporate Services and Director Operations and Services to provide expert financial management advice to the Commissioner, supports the Leadership Team and other internal stakeholders.
The Manager, Finance will ideally have strong interpersonal skills and is able to develop and build effective relationships with stakeholders and can confidently provide verbal and written financial advice that aligns with organisational objectives and strategies.
They will also have experience analysing financial and operational performance to enable timely budget formulation, modelling, forecasting and projections.
