Digital learning program: Fair, safe and inclusive workplaces
We all have a role to play in creating a fair, safe and inclusive workplace culture.
It’s important that every worker understands how to recognise unlawful behaviour and what to do if they experience or witness it. This digital learning program, developed by the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission, helps promote fair, safe and inclusive workplaces across Victoria.
The program aims to give your team the knowledge and skills they need to comply with the positive duty under the Equal Opportunity Act – which requires employers to not just deal with discrimination, sexual harassment and victimisation if they occur, but to proactively stop these behaviours from happening in the first place.
