Overview

This digital learning program equips Victorian employers and people leaders to meet their obligations under Equal Opportunity Act. Learners receive practical guidance on how to create workplace cultures that prevent workplace sexual harassment, as well as how to provide trauma informed and person-centred responses to reports and complaints.  

Learning outcomes:

Understand workplace sexual harassment: its nature, prevalence, and impact on individuals, teams and workplace culture  

Understand managers role in preventing sexual harassment under the Equal Opportunity Act 2010. 

Understand the importance of person-centred and trauma informed approaches to responding to reports or complaints.
