In Victoria there are laws to protect people from unfair behaviour and the Victorian Equal Opportunity and Human Rights Commission helps people who have been treated unfairly. Commission staff are available from 10am–2pm, Monday to Friday.

You can contact us in any language to ask for information or make a complaint.

We can arrange a free interpreter to help you, including Auslan interpreters. To speak with us using an interpreter call 1300 152 494.
